I've been testing out this planner and planning method for a few years now, and as a person with ADHD, this planner has really helped keep me organized! It also doesn't make me feel bad whenever I forget to use it (since it's dateless), and helps me adjust for my constantly shifting goals as I accumulate more interests or get off my originally planned schedule.
